Lucille was adopted last year at the Benefit Festival and spent the year with John Carraway.  It is time for her to move on to grace the lives of another family of friends.  Her goal is for her new family, business or organization to raise enough money, for her year long stay with them, to Adopt a local child's wish ($6,000).  Her new adopted family of friends will enjoy her company until the Benefit Festival in 2009. 

John will accompany Lucille to the festival this year to present her to her new family and friends for the year to come. 

Beautiful Lucille wants to spend each year with a new family of friends and Adopt The Wish of a local child with a life threatening medical condition every year.

Start raising money now to adopt Lucille.  Current (informal) bids will be noted on this page, but the final, official  bidding will take place at the Benefit Festival in Lewisville on Sunday, June 8th.

Of course a person, business, or organization can Adopt A Wish at any time, and we hope you will consider doing so, but only one lucky group will have the opportunity to spend the year with our special Make-A-Wish supporter, Lucille Duck.
